Well he probably should. His brother, Jason Castro placed 4th in last years competition. The thing is he’s every bit as good as his brother, maybe even better if you ask me. Michael Castro apparently just began singing a few weeks before the competition began, which makes it even more impressive. He’s a natural.

He appeals a lot to the ever growing “emo kid” population with his funny hair. Who knows that could all serve Michael Castro well in weeks to come.
